KREIA'S FALL 2008 EDUCATION & EXPO

October 23, 24 and 25, 2008


This conference is now in the past. 

About 65 Kentucky Licensed Home Inspectors gathered in Louisville, KY to get continuing education in addition to learning from and sharing with each other.

Nationally recognized speaker and expert witness in the Home Inspection profession, owner of (AMBIC) American Building Inspection Consultants
George Porter

Nationally recognized Manufactured Housing Expert & published author of many manuals used throughout the Manufactured Housing Industry.

John Kummer KREIA legal adviser and regionally recognized speaker on Kenutucky Home Inspectors law and business law, John practices law in Northern Kentucky and is active in the Real Estate Community as the deputy Master Commissioner of the Kenton Circuit Court.  He also owns Northern Kentucky Tile. 
Michael Hesterberg Regionally recognized expert in exterior cladding and EIFS.  Mike is highly sought after in the Greater Cincinnati Area as an expert witness.
Justin Pittman Regionally recognized environmental specialist with the Kentucky Three Rivers District Health Department.
Howard Snyder Regionally recognized speaker in the Home Inspection profession pertaining to business organization and financial matters, Howard is the owner of Professional Business Group and, since 2002, the Ohio ASHI Chapter Executive Director.
Duane Rolfsen

Has been in Law Enforcement for 26 years and is retired from Kenton County Police Department. Employed for two (2) years as a Detective with the Kenton County Commonwealth’s Attorneys Office and has been currently employed with the Northern Kentucky Drug Strike Force for the last six (6) years. The duties consist of Clandestine Lab Processing & Investigations, Evidence Collection & Documentation along with other duties.

Clay Hardwick Department for Public Health’s Radon Program State Coordinator
Richard Greer Richard Greer is the President and Senior Consultant of SporeTech Mold Investigations, LLC. He has performed over 500 environmental and infrared thermography forensic building science services specific to invasive indoor filamentous molds and fungi and the cause and origin for those infestations.
