Membership Application

All categories of membership must submit a written, completed application or fill out our online form supplied by the Association along with a non-refundable thirty dollar ($30.00) application fee and one year membership dues ($120.00). The Membership Committee will review applications and present to the Board of Directors for approval. The Board of Directors will review each application for compliance and approve those applications which are in compliance. Dues are pro-rated on a quarterly basis in the year following membership approval. Dues received with applications not approved will be refunded.
