KREIA Standards of Practice & Code of Ethics

In keeping with our independent, non-affiliated, Kentucky State Association status, KREIA accepts that members may follow the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of any national or state association of home inspectors of which they are a member or as required by their state of residence. 

KREIA members must follow a written Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics published by an association of home inspectors or a state licensing board. 

The Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics followed by individual KREIA members must be declared by a signed affadavit, and a copy on file in the member's KREIA records.
