Learn how to inspect the quality of the builder’s construction as the house is being built from the ground up before it gets covered over. Technical topics to be covered during this course include: Sub-slab work, foundation wall placement, framing, roofing, mechanical rough-ins, electrical and plumbing rough-ins, insulation & ventilation verification, and final grading. Also included is a discussion of different builder’s warranties including their responsibilities. Report writing will also be reviewed.
