KREIA has been instrumental in providing members of KREIA the ability to obtain quality local education that has been accepted by multiple National Associations in the past years (ASHI & InterNACHI). KREIA looks to continue this level of cooperation with the National Associations to benefit all of Kentucky’s Licensed Home Inspectors. As a home inspector, your membership in KREIA will provide you with reduced fees for educational conferences and educational meetings.

All Home Inspectors in Kentucky are welcomed and encouraged to join KREIA for the economical continuing education and interactions with the community of Kentucky home inspectors.

KREIA'S Mission Statement

The Kentucky Real Estate Inspectors Association (KREIA) is a non profit association committed to the purpose of providing quality education to home inspectors. Our objective is to provide educational courses that will increase the inspector’s technical and professional knowledge, along with providing the required continuing education needed for license and certification requirements.

KREIA is also committed to having an active affiliate program that will provide the inspector exposure to those professional service companies whose goods and services can benefit the inspector in their business practice.
